Mapping a partnership and program development of a culturally relevant mental health promotion program for Indigenous youth." at the First Nations Education Conference February 6 to 8, 2024.

Sherry and Andrea shared the Healthy Relationships Program journey in Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, including the community groundwork before the partnership, the cultural adaptation framework and the lessons learned.  

The audience was standing room only with over 65 First Nations educators, administrators and other school staff. The First Nations Education Conference is hosted by Indigenous Knowledge & Wisdom Centre - IKWC and Enoch Cree Nation at the River Cree Resort & Casino in Edmonton, Alberta.
